BTS Quality Standard for Pleural Disease 

Following the publication in 2023 of the BTS Guideline on Pleural Disease and the accompanying BTS Clinical Statement on Pleural Procedures. BTS has been developing a Quality Standard in this topic area.

A draft version of the BTS Quality Standard for pleural disease is now available for public consultation. The Quality Standard can be found below, alongside a form to capture comments on the content.
